The format may be ending soon, but that doesn’t mean this card can’t be good later.
Card Review: Phoenix Wing Wind Blast
Recently, I’ve been starting to put this card in just about every deck I make. Pretty much because I feel like it’s just a straight up amazing card. Most people think this card is a little iffy, the way it goes neg-one makes it a turn off. So, because of this I felt I should give this card a little bit of a spotlight so others might give at least an thought when building there competitive decks.
Random Ruling: Starlight Road
We all know Starlight Road, it’s pretty rampant this format now that there’s so many mass destruction cards like Dark Hole, Heavy Storm and for the first time in a while 2 Torrential Tributes. But, is there a way to possibly evade the opponent taking control after a well timed Starlight Road? Read on friends, nifty rulings ahead!
Kyle’s ten favorite cards…
Recently you may have seen a similar article by Matt saying his favorite cards. We had a request that me and Justen do the same, so I thought, sure why not. So now here we are, my top 10 favorite cards, in no particular order:
Random Ideas: Fun HERO Ideas
Now that Call of the Haunted is at 3 I’ve been making up some random ideas for a deck that could possibly utilize 3 copies. (not counting Inzectors ’cause that deck isn’t that fun) One of the more fun ideas was a HERO build were I essentially try to make massive advantage using cards like Salvage, Fusion Recovery and Call of the Haunted in order to make quick and easy Fusion Summons and XYZ Summons. Bear in mind these are only theory and could as well flop in real life.
A Little Stun Science
Pretty much everyone is complaining about the new format and how Maxx “C” and Effect Veiler are completely necessary, but that’s not true. The only legitimate reason people feel they are necessary is because being looped by Wind-Ups will cost you the game if you’re not running them, but that once again is untrue. People for some reason are unwilling to build decks that can bounce back from situations such as this, and the most basic way to do this is to build a deck that can effectively maintain advantage with low hand counts as well as top-deck good cards consistently.
Card Review: Call of the Haunted
Hello everyone! Gonna be a short article today, been busy most of the week so didn’t have much time to think of something so I’ll take a small look into a card. With the recent unlimiting of Call of the Haunted I felt it fitting to talk about the card a little more in depth. I’ll just be going over three particular ways that Call of the Haunted can be used so that you can further understand the uses of one Yugioh’s most powerful trap cards. The uses I’ll talk about today will all revolve a much more unorthodox use of the card, I hope you enjoy it.
Card Review: 3 Underrated Cards.
Hello, I’m back with some more articles after the Christmas break. For today I’ll be looking at 3 cards I feel where overlooked and deserve some thought.
