Quick article this week. The local power company had shut off my power for a day and it ended up befuddling my internet, so I couldn’t do any work on an article so I’m just going to do a quick update on some ideas I have for Lightsworn Rulers. I apologize in advance for the article being not so meaty.
Shadow Specters just had the Sneak Peak this weekend, meaning I’ve gotten my hands on some of the new cards a little early. A couple new ideas for Lightsworns have cropped up within the new pack.
Howdy, it’s me Kyle! Just got back from the Washington Regionals. Went 6-3 which is meh, but I’ll do a tournament report anyways, talk about some other stuff within the article as well as I usually do. Fair notice, this is a long read.
The format has taken a drastic turn with the new ban list and it’s kind of hard to see what’s going to be good. Here’s 5 quick deck lists for some ideas I had.

Hey, so I was experimenting with Lightsworns, seeing what I could do. Then all the sudden I had this deck that was freakin’ nuts.
Lord of the Tachyon Galaxy is almost upon us. The pre-release just happened and some of the weird new cards caught my eye, Jewels of the Valiant being one of them.

Raw power, that’s what Lightsworns had on their side during their reign at the top. It wasn’t luck that won them victory, it was their sheer overpowering advantage. A lot has changed since those fabled days, extra deck monsters encroach on their territory, speading their black and white chaos. Do Lightsworns have what it takes to adapt to this changing landscape? Perhaps with one, Lumina the Lightsworn Summoner, their light will shine a little brighter?
