I did say I’d have no article on Monday, but I planned ahead a little and made a deck update.
Deck Profile: Lightsworn Ruler
Hey, so I was experimenting with Lightsworns, seeing what I could do. Then all the sudden I had this deck that was freakin’ nuts.
Rouge Dragon Ruler Deck’s to Look Out For
There’s lots of commotion surrounding the Dragon Ruler deck released with Lord of the Tachyon Galaxy, but there’s more decks than just the pure build that have gotten good. Here’s just a little look into some decks that I thought where good that implemented them as new tech.
Deck Ideas Part 1…

Here’s the idea I had. Here I am, I have a bunch of really wild deck ideas milling round in my head, so I decide I want to display them somehow, but I don’t have the time or the resources to test them all out in real life. So, my idea is that I go on a little spree of sorts telling you about some rather weird deck ideas I’ve had, and you can decide for yourself if you think they’re cool or not, and maybe try some of it out for yourself if it tickles your fancy. Thus I am here now with an idea for a deck code name “Hedgehog”.
Deck Profile: Ninjas
There’s a lot of down time in Yugioh at the moment, no YCS’s no new things coming out until next year really. That to say I don’t have a whole lot to talk about this week. In lieu of that I bring you an update on a Ninja deck I’ve been working on. It’s not Chaos Dragon Ninjas, it’s not Dino Ninjas, it’s Ninja Ninjas! I’ll also take this opportunity to talk about some really cool cards that I’ve been testing in the deck in a similar fashion that I would if I where to give the individual card a “card review” spotlight.
Heiratic Dragunity Shenanigans Part 1
Like I said, here I am this week with a little bit about an advancement currently being made in the Dragunity archetype using a couple new tricks lended to us by the Heiratic archetype. As you may have noticed the title says “Part 1” meaning that I wont cover everything in just this one article. Today I’m just going to lay down the basics: the cards that pull off these new combos and the combo basics. With that let’s get started.
Card Review: Divine Dragon Apocralyph
Hey look, it’s another card review! Today I’m going to be looking at a new an wonderful addition to Dragon decks: Divine Dragon Apocralyph. Essentially, a more versatile version of Genesis Dragon, Apocralyph brings a lot of versatility and consistency to Dragon decks today and has very easily made himself what I would consider to be a staple in all current Dragon decks.
ORCS Post Review: Photons

Here we are, Order of Chaos is now officially released, and I figured it be a nice time to talk about some of the really surprising and over looked cards from the pack. One archetype that I honestly thought was just plain garbage for a long time I’m starting to realize is actually quite strong and that’s Photons. Right before the pre-release I looked at them more extensively and found them to be better than I expected, but after testing them out they’re actually really cool.
