Teach Me How to Chidori

photo LightningChidori_zpsceed7932.png ‘Sup everybody, today I’ve got an article about a card recently released in Cosmo Blazer: Lightning Chidori. I’m sure most people looked at this card and thought something along the lines of “wow, this effect is really good, but how am I supposed to summon this?”. Hopefully, in this article I can answer that question by giving you some ideas for effective way to summon the great and powerful Lightning Chidori.

Matt’s Cosmo Blazer Top 5

I think Cosmo Blazer looks like a really fun set. As you may have noticed, it seems like they’ve given the pack a lot of cards that will be good for the casual Sneak Peak duels that will be happening this Saturday and Sunday. Of course, they’re also releasing the Fire Fist archetype, those guys that, you know, reward you for playing with Snakes, Bears, and Birdies.

Deck Profile: Ninjas

PhotobucketThere’s a lot of down time in Yugioh at the moment, no YCS’s no new things coming out until next year really. That to say I don’t have a whole lot to talk about this week. In lieu of that I bring you an update on a Ninja deck I’ve been working on. It’s not Chaos Dragon Ninjas, it’s not Dino Ninjas, it’s Ninja Ninjas! I’ll also take this opportunity to talk about some really cool cards that I’ve been testing in the deck in a similar fashion that I would if I where to give the individual card a “card review” spotlight.

A Look Into the Future

Photobucket‘Sup everybody? Thanks for reading these articles if you are reading them right now, because you’re awesome! Today I’m going to be doing something a little out of the norm, and what I mean by that is we’ll be taking a trip to the future today to look at a couple new cards that are going to come out in the next set: Cosmo Blazer. The main focus of my article will be on Gladiator Beasts. Anybody who doesn’t really enjoy spoilers, please discontinue reading and wait again until next week.

Inspecting Chronomalys

When I looked at the new Return of the Duelist pack, I was kind of looking for something that no one else noticed because I always think it’s funner to use the “bad” deck that no one cares about and do lots of cool things with it. Chronomalys are first off, really ugly, and secondly not so straight forward on their goals; so I figured everyone would pretty much steer clear of them and for the most part I was right. The stage was set for me to take a closer look.

Card Review: Divine Dragon Apocralyph

Photobucket Hey look, it’s another card review! Today I’m going to be looking at a new an wonderful addition to Dragon decks: Divine Dragon Apocralyph.  Essentially, a more versatile version of Genesis Dragon, Apocralyph brings a lot of versatility and consistency to Dragon decks today and has very easily made himself what I would consider to be a staple in all current Dragon decks.

ORCS Post Review: Photons

Photobucket
Here we are, Order of Chaos is now officially released, and I figured it be a nice time to talk about some of the really surprising and over looked cards from the pack. One archetype that I honestly thought was just plain garbage for a long time I’m starting to realize is actually quite strong and that’s Photons. Right before the pre-release I looked at them more extensively and found them to be better than I expected, but after testing them out they’re actually really cool.
