‘Cause I said I would, here’s a profile of my Volcanic deck. The deck is also still in the testing phases so it’s not totally complete, keep that I mind. The deck is based around some quick rank 4 XYZ as well as the basic Volcanic business. If you don’t know about the basic Volcanic monsters and the effects I point your towards this link: [HERE] That’s a link to my old article about the basic Volcanic engine, so check it out.

Matt, Justen and Kyle discuss Equip Spells. It’s late and Kyle is sick, will they pull through!
Altogether the reason for this article is pretty random. I was just thinking the other day that I’d really like a card that was kind of like Tour Guide except for Rank 4’s. Now, Gravekeeper’s spy isn’t that by any means, but the thought got me looking at cards like this and I thought it deserved a bit more of the lime light than it’s getting right now. It also became even more relevant when Brian Hines got top 8 with a deck running a small Spy engine at Nationals. For this weeks article I’ll just be going over some of the advantages of trying out Gravekeeper’s Spy again after its long absence from the metagame.

In this episode, Matt, Kyle and Justen discuss the long standing Archfiend archetype. They also talk a little about what Konami might do in the event they created a new format.
So, as I said on the Gemini Podcast, I might be posting up the fun Gemini Deck that I made while researching for the cast… well here it is is I guess. I had a lot of fun with this deck, but as a preface I’m pretty sure this deck wont be able to compete at competitive levels. (although I’ve never tested it there, so who knows right?) The deck explores some totally different playing styles than normal Yugioh and I felt it was a breath of fresh air in an otherwise stale format.

Matt and Kyle discuss the Gemini monster-type and its support. If you’d like to get right to the content, the opening chat runs long at about 40 minutes, with the Gemini topic following right after.
Ya, so no article this week, I’ve been busy and I’ll be gone all this week camping as well! I said so on the podcast, but it’s not up yet or I’d quote myself. Other than that, I thought this was an interesting bit of news; the person who got first at the Japanese Nationals ran Alive HERO. Pretty awesome! He (or maybe she? the Duelist’s name is Chami) will also be alongside there other representative “Chariot” running Offering Machina Gadget. You can check it out Shriek here: [LINK] I’ve got the guys decklist right here for all those who would rather stay here.
